初夜弁当

旦那さんの新しい仕事が始まって一週間、今日から現場で働き始めます。

今日は旦那さんは3時から夜の11時まで仕事です。

なので夜ご飯用にお弁当を作りました。

ダイソーでお弁当箱を買って、おかずを詰めていきます。

ハート型にごはんができるものを買ったので早速使ってみました。

はい！

じゃじゃーん！

 

ハート型にできてるでしょ？

ウィンナーはタコにならずでお花みたいになったょ。

あとは卵焼きと、えのきとにんじんとズッキーニの炒め物と、練り物？みたいなん。

足りるといいけど。。

まぁ帰ってきたら「おなかすいた。なんか作って。」て言うんやろうなぁ。

でもとりあえずこのお弁当食べて仕事がんばってほしいと思います！

My husband's Birthday!

Today December 11th is my husband's birthday!!

He became 26 years old!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY my love!!!

For my birthday boy, I made some cheese cake!!

I made it yesterday night, so we can eat tonight.

I made it 2 years ago when I just met him and he loved it, so I made it again for him!

This is the only cake I can make with confidence..d^ u ^b

How to make it is very easy, because I do the lazy way~ :P

I just need to mix all the ingredients such as cream cheese, sugar, cake powder, egg, and milk.

And  put it in the cookie plate for the pie which I bought the already made one. Then put it in the oven for 30 minutes and done!

Very easy eh??

Now try for yours!  Yummy~

 Unfortunately, his mom and sister is not back from Taiwan yet, so my husband, his dad, and me 3 had dinner at Sushi restaurant. 

After we came back, wait for our stomach to have more space and ate my cheese cake together!

お～寒っ！

最近は気温がだいぶ下がって寒いです！！

昼間は０度とかで、朝晩はー２度や－３度くらいにもなってます*´ｎ`*

でも去年みたいに雪は降ってなくて、だからもっと寒いです。

あ～、ところで先週の土曜日の夜から２週間お義母さんと義妹さんが台湾に帰っています。

だから２週間、家事は私にまかせっきりです！ひゃ～！＞~＜〝；

夜ごはん今のところちゃんと作ってますよ～★

今日は焼きそばやったけど、写真撮るの忘れました。ｆ－＿－；

焼きそばはあんまりうまくできませんでした。だってソースがないんやもん。

焼きそばソースって、、、何でできてるん？

そういうなんとかソースって、買うとめっちゃ高いのです。

日本ではソースの種類が豊富で楽でんなぁと思います。

たこ焼きソース、お好み焼きソース、照り焼きソース、焼肉のたれ、うなぎの蒲焼のたれ・・

きりがありません。

そういうのを使ってきたから、ソース自体の作り方がわかりません。

USA!

I went to the US with my husband on weekend :D

The main purpose of the trip is to go shopping at Seattle Premium Outlet near Seattle!

This is my second time going there. Last time was tour by bus, so didn't have enough time to walk and shop around..:(

So this time we decided to go by our car!

We left our city at around 1pm, and got to the US/Canada border at 2pm.

 

Good weather!

 

Canadian flag and American flag...no wind...;;

I am a Japanese, so I had to write form and pay US$6 at the border so I can go though and come back.

Canadian citizen doesn't need to pay or write any form. They just need to show their Canadian passport at the gate.

 After the border, we could see American Rocky~!

 

After 1 hour, we arrived the Outlet mall!!

I didn't take any picture there because I was so excited shopping around XP

But I took some pictures of what I bought.

 

All I bought for myself was CONVERSE!!! 

I don't know WHY!!

Shoulder Bag $15, Key Chain $5.99, and Shoes $10 !!

So Cheap! 

I didn't buy a lot..

At the end it was still not enough time for me to go all the stores :(

It's OK, I will buy more on Boxing Day ( my birthday) !!

Cypress Mountain

I went to Cypress Mountain with my husband last Friday.

It had been raining for loooooong long time, and that day was the only sunny day last week, so we decided to go outdoor♪

At the mountain it was very foggy...but near the top was good weather!

In 2010 Olympic, Cypress Mountain will be used for Ski/Snowboard Cross Country, and Moguls, and so on.

I went to Cypress Mountain in this early summer. It was very nice view, and this time in winter was also very nice view with snow :D

You can see Stanley Park in the middle of the sea!!

And you can tell it's very foggy around the mountain but far away is very sunny, so the sea is very very SHINY! > u < //

The mountain side is very foggy unlike the sea side. 

Now going to the top of the mountain~!

 

Lots snow near the top :P and no fog at the top!

I can almost touch the cloud~!

In the middle and the top, the temperature is so different.

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to go any farther, so we turned back~~~

**Cross Country**

Sometimes going outdoor such as mountain, sea, lake makes me feel refresh!

I love outdoor, and I love SNOW \*^0^*/~

Dinner for Gambler!

今日は義母が夜ご飯を作ってくれる予定？？というか肉やらが解凍させてあったのでそのつもりやろうと思っていたのですが、５時半頃に義母から電話がかかってきて、

カジノに来てて帰るの遅くなりそうやから、ご飯作っといて～！という内容の電話でした。

料理するつもりじゃなかったので、ちょっと焦りました。。

何しよー、何があるかなぁー。。。と悩みつつ作り始めました。

即席にしてはけっこううまくいきましたょ☆

まずはこれ、

野菜炒め

 

ピーマンと赤パプリカとエリンギと豚肉です。

そしてこれ、

魚介類のガーリックバター炒め

 

おいしいやん♪

でも量少なっ！

最後はこれ、

ポトフ

 

じゃがいもと玉ねぎとえのきとハムが入っております。

コショウがぴりっと効いててあったまる～♪

自分でゆうのもなんですが、今日の料理は時間なかった割りに上出来☆

料理うまくなってきたんちゃうん！？

ちょっと自信がつきました☆

だんなさんもおいしそうに食べてくれました！

きのうの晩御飯

きのうの晩御飯は肉じゃがにしました！

きのう日本の家族とスカイプしてて、今日の晩御飯を何にするか母に聞くと、「肉じゃが！」といったので、

じゃあ肉じゃがを作ろう！と思って肉じゃがにしました。

ちょうど材料もあったので、しらたきとお肉だけ買って作りました。

義父母がアメリカへ小旅行に行ってるので、旦那と妹ちゃんと私の３人分です。

 

緑色のはアボカドにしょうゆをかけたものです。（←まずかった）

腐ってたんかなぁ。。。誰も食べてくれへんかった。

味噌汁はエリンギとお豆腐です。これはおいしかった！

肉じゃがもうまくできました！じゃががいっぱいでちょうどいい硬さに煮えましたｄ＾０＾ｂ

ちょっとここでひとつ食べ方の注意・・・

旦那も妹ちゃんも、にくじゃがをご飯の上にかけて食べるのはやめてほしい＞＜；

カレーじゃないんやから～、まぁつゆだくやからシチュー感覚なんかもしれんけど。

でもまぁおいしいってゆってくれたからいいけど！

 

雨でｸｻって強風で倒れたフェンスを直してくれています。

雨降ってる中。。

 

帽子をかぶって、「インディージョーンズみたい！ﾀｰﾗﾗｯﾀｰ・・♪ 」と楽しそうです。

I went to book store on the other day and was reading craft book (I didn't buy! hehe).

And I got some idea of how to make a broach.

It looked easy, so I tried by myself.

First, cut the felt like this.

and sew the round one for the middle part of the flower and put some stuff in.

Then put the big one and small one together and sew on the little ball I made earlier.

Sew everything on the ball and done!

You can put it on our bag or shirt!

Spinich and Sausage Spaghetti

I cooked spaghetti for dinner yesterday.

I put garlic so it smelled even better*^V^*

 

and Today I cooked 大根の煮付け(radish)andマーボー茄子(eggplant)and青梗菜炒め(boktsuai)...

BUT

I couldn't take any picture..

because everybody started to eat right away after I put the dishes on the table!!

Hair accessory

I always wanted to put something on this hair accessory, so I made a felt flower to put on it.

 

I sewed my favorite heart shaped button in the middle*^^*

Christmas Tree

I'm getting ready for Xmas!

First thing I made for Christmas is This Christmas tree!

It is made of felt and beads only. Inside is empty!

It's very simple made.

Sew the beads on the felt and sew the side and done!

What should I make next??

ぽんぽこRaccoons!!

My husband and I just came back home and saw 3 raccoons!! I think they are family.

I took pictures of them. They were digging the ground to eat something, and when we got close, they walk away very slowly.

They seemed not scare of people. They didn't even notice we were there until we went close to them..

No wonder they always get killed by cars...so slow

先週書いたブログ。。エラーが出て消えちゃったと思ってたらちゃんと残ってました！

留学していた町、そして旦那さんとの出会いの町、PrinceGeorgeへ行って参りました♪

旦那さんに用事があったのでそれに着いて行きました。

車で片道１０時間かけていって来ましたよ。

朝６時に出たからまだ薄暗いね。

霧がすごかったです。

貨物列車長～い！

紅葉ちょぼちょぼきれい。まぁ針葉樹林か岩山がほとんどやからねぇ。

もうすぐ雪に覆われてしまうやろうから、今見れてよかった☆

二人ともがお世話になったあみ先生とも一緒に食事ができて、しかもご馳走になっちゃって、

ほんとによかった、ありがとうございました。

プリンスジョージにはパルプ工場があって、独特の臭い（くさい）があります。

その臭さもすごく懐かしかったです。
